Privacy Notice
Contact inquiries
We store the details you submit so authorized administrators can respond to your event inquiry. A notification may be sent to our configured administrator email. Your inquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
Get Updates
With your explicit consent, we store your email address, the consent wording, subscription and consent timestamps, and any unsubscribe timestamp. Only authorized administrators can access these details. No marketing emails are sent until a dedicated mailing service is configured. Save your private unsubscribe link after subscribing; it is also saved on this browser. Unsubscribing stops future updates.
Photos
Our promotional gallery is separate from private event photos. Uploaded promotional images require recorded publication permission. Generated illustrative photos are labeled. Private guest photos are not automatically added to the marketing gallery.
